This booking secures your place for the upcoming season within your selected timeframe, which reflects when you expect to receive your costume. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to create a unique stage presence.

Design Options

Design/Sketch Fee:

A $100 fee applies if any sketches or design concepts are required.

Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Required Booking Timeline

• Custom design orders: contact us at least 2.5 months in advance
  
• Non-design orders: contact us at least 2 months in advance
  

Design Process

• Our design process takes approximately 2 weeks
  
• Includes up to 3 revisions (concept and structure remain final after approval)
  

Client Responsibilities

• Staying in communication in a timely manner
  
• Providing all required measurements
  
• Submitting the deposit promptly after design approval
  

Delays in communication, measurements, or payment may impact the production schedule.

Process & Pricing

• Final costume price is confirmed after design approval/selection
  
• Booking fee is fully credited toward the final total
  
• A deposit of half of the costume price is required to begin production
  

After approval, the costume is carefully handcrafted. Final photos will be shared for confirmation before shipping.

• The remaining balance + shipping fee are due prior to delivery
  

Important Notes

Design Approval

Design approval is considered final. Once approved, changes are not guaranteed. Any major modifications may require additional charges and may affect the production timeline.

Any significant changes from our side will always be communicated and confirmed with the client before proceeding.

Handmade Nature

Each costume is individually handmade. Slight variations in stitching, placement, color, fabric, and embellishments are natural and part of the craftsmanship.

Color & Materials

Colors may vary due to lighting and screen differences. Fabric availability may change, and similar substitutions may be used when necessary.

Measurements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Production & Timing

Production timelines are carefully planned but may be affected by seasonal demand or material sourcing.

Final Policy

All costumes are made-to-order. All sales are final once production begins.

Performance Use

Costumes are designed for stage performance. Normal wear over time, including minor embellishment loss, is expected.
