Our turnaround time is generally 6-8 weeks, with most products arriving within 6 weeks.
- Need it sooner? Contact us for rush orders (may include a rush fee).
- Production is fastest between August and November. The best time to place your order is before December.
2. What is the price range for your products?
- Made-to-Order Costumes: $350-$600
- Lyrical/Contemporary: $350-$450
- Jazz: $425-$585
- Base Costumes: $165-$250 (budget-friendly).
- Additional Costs: Complexity, materials, rush orders, or shipping upgrades.
- Group Orders: Discounts available—please contact us for a quote.
3. What types of products do you offer?
- Pre-made costumes shipped within 1-2 days.
- Sizes listed on the product page.
- No size or design adjustments.
- Returns accepted within 7 days if unworn and undamaged.

6. Can I return or refund my order?
Ready-to-Wear: Returns accepted within 7 days if unworn and in original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection (customer pays for return shipping).
Made-to-Order & Fully Custom Orders: No returns or refunds unless due to production errors.
For fit issues: We recommend using a local tailor.

Solutions for major fit issues: Measurement error, alterations cost $100-$150 (plus shipping).
Production error, we’ll cover alteration costs and reimburse $50 if you use a local tailor.
Alterations typically take 4-5 weeks, including shipping.
7. Will I get updates during production?
- Made-to-Order (No Changes): Final photos before shipping.
- Made-to-Order (With Changes): Photos during production and final photos before shipping.
- Fully Custom Orders: Regular updates during key stages and final photos before shipping.
